Collegeville Artisan Bakery opened in the spring of 2006 in St. Joseph, MN. It's owned and operated by Mary Ann Friederichs and Steve Nelson.

We sell our products almost exclusively at these area Farmers Markets:  Maple Grove, Willmar and St. Joseph. You can also find our products at the St. Joe Meat Market and The Local Blend Coffee Cafe, St. Joseph.

The majority of our baking is done by Steve, "Your Artisan Baker." The selling is done by Mary Ann. We are by any definition a small hands on bakery.

We take great pride in our artisanal products which are baked just a few hours before you receive them.

During our "Off Season" we sell at a few indoor winter markets and offer baking classes at our bakery in St. Joseph, MN.

Our full line of products are offered  Fridays at our bakery from 8-12 noon, off season please call before coming or check our schedule.
